Soy hulls are a waste product and are an excellent source of nitrogen for enriching your hardwood substrate. Our soy hulls are never sourced from the amazonian basin or other fragile ecosystems

Masters mix using soy hulls is a substrate recipe for wood loving, gourmet species, especially popular with American growers. It was developed by TR Davis of Earth Angel mushrooms.

Please note that due to the high nutrient content, Masters mix substrate should always be sterilized in a pressure cooker or autoclave before inoculation.
